Are the storage containers really airtight?
Containers that require absolute airtightness (e.g., coffee, sugar, or flour containers) feature a silicone seal with a Click-Seal™ closure. The other containers—such as those for bread or potatoes—purposely feature micro-ventilated lids to prevent condensation and ensure ideal air circulation.
What material are the cans made of?
The containers themselves are predominantly made of powder-coated steel or brushed metal—robust, food-safe, and tasteless. The matching lids are made of BPA-free premium plastic or metal, depending on the model; airtight versions also feature a silicone seal.
Can I put the cans in the dishwasher?
Please hand-wash metal containers with a mild detergent to protect the coating. Plastic lids (with or without seals) are dishwasher-safe up to 120°C.
Are the cans stackable?
Yes. The lids and bases are designed to allow multiple cans to stack securely on top of each other without slipping.
Can I also store liquids in it?
Optimized for dry and free-flowing foods only. Airtight containers allow for short-term storage of liquids, but never upside down or lying down.
